Heat Wave

Last night before we went to bed this is what our thermostat read. Holy cow! The worst part is about an hour earlier it read 90. I have no idea why we don't have air conditioning- at least in our bedroom. Every summer we talk about buying a window unit for our room, and every year we survive the 5 days that are so hot you can barely sleep. We had three of those nights in a row this past week so I hope we can survive the two that remain. The good news is that the weather is cooling off and today the thermostat reads a brisk 79.
