Holiday Updates and Land Rover Delivery

Well we are back from a fabulous trip east! We always have a wonderful time going to Massachusetts, and it always goes by way too fast. The holiday was great. We had a chance to spend time with my sister, brother in law and the kiddos on Christmas Eve. My niece Addy, was just so fun to be around! Having children around really brings out the holiday spirit. We didn't get to spend much time with Riley, as she went to bed around 6pm and was out until the morning. Willis too had a great time playing with his cousin Casey Jones, a 5 year old Weim. Unfortunately there was a little mishap when we got into town and Willis has to go to the animal hospital. He is fine, but has a cast on his paw so he was unable to run through the snow. Regardless, he had a blast. I will post pictures later with the wrapped paw. It is pretty cute. They even put a Christmas tree on it because he was such a good boy =) Then, Christmas day was with my mom and dad and it was so relaxing and wonderful. Of course we ate way too much and were all napping by 4.

One thing that is so great about going to Mass. is the friends that are there. I feel very fortunate to have such a tight group of friends. We have all known each other for many years and even though we live in different cities and states, we all remain close. Aaron has also made great friends with the girls and their significant others. So the girls has a chance to chat and catch up and the boys did as well. Thanks Shannon and Jesse for being such great hosts!

And real quick, because I know you are all dying to know... The Land Rover comes tomorrow! Aaron is so pumped and I too am excited to see it. Willis will surely be glad to have a bigger car to ride in. Aaron ordered the pet cargo/crate thing for the back so we can keep Willis in the back. I am pretty sure he will hate it and want to ride shotgun in the Monster Truck!

Pictures to come soon...
